At the Trauma and PTSD Healing Center, we believe that healing is never one-size-fits-all. Trauma impacts each person differently, which is why we don’t use “cookie cutter” models or force clients into rigid frameworks. Instead, we create individualized treatment plans that honor your unique story, pace, and goals. Whether you’re healing from a single traumatic event or the deep layers of complex PTSD, we’re here to walk with you — not rush you.
Our therapeutic approach combines evidence-based modalities with a deep respect for the power of compassion, presence, and empowerment. In addition to therapies like EMDR, CPT, ACT, and self-compassion work, we help clients build practical skills such as setting healthy boundaries, self-advocating in relationships and systems, and practicing self-affirmation in everyday life.
